Latroya Grayson won a trip to a 2006 ‘Black Party’ hosted by Sean 'Diddy' Combs in a contest from Oklahoma radio station KJAMZ 105.3 FM. In her lawsuit, filed by attorney Ariel Mitchell—who has previously represented other victims of Combs—Grayson recounts her experience traveling to New York, where she alleges she was “lured” by event promoters.
Grayson attended the October party under the pretense of a celebratory event and claims she ingested drinks that made her feel unwell. She recollects waking up in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, unaware of how she arrived there. The attached hospital band places the date of her hospitalization on October 17, 2006, furthering her claims of being drugged and assaulted during the night.
In her complaint, Grayson also discusses receiving an anonymous call warning her against pursuing legal actions against Combs. The lawsuit targets multiple parties for their alleged complicity in enabling Combs’ actions, specifically citing racketeering offenses.
Additionally, the lawsuit names Mike Savas, a former Promotions Coordinator at Atlantic Records, as a defendant. While Savas currently operates a travel-centric business and maintains a public persona, critics have raised concerns about the viability of serving him legal documents due to his current global travels.
This lawsuit adds another chapter to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Combs and his associates, as more individuals step forward with similar allegations of misconduct. The developments of this case will likely unfold in the public eye as it progresses through the legal system.
