Recently released email communications from Jeffrey Epstein shed light on former President Donald Trump's alleged connections to Epstein's sex trafficking operations. In the emails, Epstein states that Trump had spent 'hours' at his residence with a victim of sex trafficking, referring to the unnamed individual as a 'dog that hasn’t barked,' implying that Trump had remained silent about their interactions.
Furthermore, Epstein suggested in a different message that Trump was aware of the girls involved in the trafficking, claiming he had urged Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate and imprisoned sex trafficker, to stop certain behaviors regarding the girls.
The emails were made public by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, fueling further inquiries into Trump's relationship with Epstein and his awareness of Epstein's criminal activities involving underage girls. Despite ongoing questions, Trump has repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein’s illegal actions and asserts that their connection ended years ago.
Epstein, whose high-profile connections included many influential figures, died in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal charges related to sex trafficking.
The White House has not yet commented on the revelations from these emails.
