Surveillance images showed both attackers, a man and a woman equipped with rifles and backpacks, near the company entrance, where a lifeless body was also evident on the pavement. As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the violent attack. However, Turkey has been plagued by similar incidents in recent years, with both Kurdish separatist factions and jihadist groups, particularly those aligned with the Islamic State, being responsible for numerous assaults targeting citizens and state-associated entities. The incident underscores deep-seated security concerns within Turkey, reflecting the complexities and challenges the nation faces in maintaining peace and stability against various radical elements.
