WILMINGTON, Del. — Authorities have charged William Stevenson, a 77-year-old man and former husband of Jill Biden, with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife, Linda Stevenson, 64. The indictment comes after Linda was found unresponsive in their Wilmington home on December 28.
