Sergey, known for his engaging coding tutorials, has captured the attention of a prominent software firm with a unique offer that highlights his extraordinary talents.

In a remarkable turn of events, a seven-year-old coding prodigy from St Petersburg has piqued the interest of a Russian software company, which has extended an offer for him to join its management team once he is legally eligible to work. Known as Sergey, the young talent has been gaining traction since the age of five by sharing video tutorials that demystify software coding on his online channel.Pro32, an information security firm, officially reached out to Sergey with a written proposal, inviting him to take on the role of head of corporate training. While Russian regulations stipulate that he would not be permitted to engage in paid work until the age of 14, Igor Mandik, the company's CEO, has expressed a desire to collaborate with the prodigy in the interim. His father, Kirill, was amazed by the offer and conveyed the family's enthusiasm about Sergey potentially joining Pro32. "We're really happy and looking forward to when Sergey will be able to join the company," Kirill stated.Dubbed 'a coding Mozart' by Mandik, Sergey showcases his coding skills through a channel boasting over 3,500 subscribers, where he covers programming languages such as Python and Unity, and explains concepts behind neural networks essential for many AI applications. Mandik highlighted not only Sergey's exceptional programming abilities but also his unique talent in imparting knowledge—skills the company hopes will benefit various staff members beyond just coders. As discussions around Sergey's future role continue, Pro32 has not yet established any compensation details, recognizing that both market conditions and Sergey's own salary expectations may evolve significantly by the time he is ready for employment. "We have to wait seven years," Mandik noted. "Then we will definitely start a conversation about his salary."
