**Four teens have been arrested following a string of break-ins at the homes of various celebrities, including Brad Pitt, as law enforcement sheds light on the methods used in these high-profile crimes.**

In a significant turn of events, four teenagers have been apprehended in Los Angeles for their involvement in a series of burglaries that targeted the homes of celebrities. The Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell reported that the suspects, who are affiliated with a street gang, allegedly broke into multiple properties belonging to high-profile individuals, including the Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, MLB pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and former LA Football Club striker Olivier Giroud.

The investigation was ignited in late June when masked thieves invaded Pitt's residence, breaching a perimeter fence, shattering a window, and stealing valuables before escaping. Although the LAPD did not publicly confirm that the targeted residence was Pitt's, the details matched a newly acquired property linked to him.

The three-bedroom house, located near Griffith Park, is designed for seclusion, protected by fences and shrubbery. At the time of the break-in, Pitt was absent, attending promotional events for his new film, "F1."

Chief McDonnell reported that the investigation unveiled a systematic approach by the suspects, who utilized surveillance tactics such as placing cameras in flowerbeds and deploying Wi-Fi jammers to disable home security systems. He noted the unfortunate reality that the high visibility and public lives of celebrities make them prime targets for thieves.

Additionally, McDonnell emphasized the risks inherent in social media usage, suggesting that posting travel updates can inadvertently inform potential burglars of when residents are away. "We don't really give enough thought to how sharing our whereabouts can signal opportunities for criminals," he stated.

Authorities were able to arrest the suspects last week when they followed their activities, leading to the recovery of stolen items from their residences. The specific details of the stolen property were not disclosed. As investigations continue, law enforcement suggests that heightened vigilance and discretion regarding personal information shared online can help mitigate the risks of becoming a victim of such crimes.
